APRUEBAN LOS LINEAMIENTOS DEL PLAN ANUAL DE TRANSPARENCIA E INTEGRIDAD P\u00daBLICA, EN CUMPLIMIENTO DE LA <strong>LEY N\u00b0 7389\/2024<\/strong>, QUE ESTABLECE EL R\u00c9GIMEN NACIONAL DE INTEGRIDAD, TRANSPARENCIA Y PREVENCI\u00d3N DE LA CORRUPCI\u00d3N DE LA REP\u00daBLICA DEL PARAGUAY, Y SU ANEXO\u201d, en concordancia con la <strong>Ley N\u00b0 7389\/2024<\/strong> \u201cQUE ESTABLECE EL R\u00c9GIMEN NACIONAL DE INTEGRIDAD, TRANSPARENCIA Y PREVENCI\u00d3N DE LA CORRUPCI\u00d3N DE LA REP\u00daBLICA DEL PARAGUAY\u201d, el <strong>Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social<\/strong> presenta su <strong>Plan Anual de Transparencia e Integridad P\u00fablica (PATIP)<\/strong>, correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2025 aprobado por la <strong>Resoluci\u00f3n MTESS N\u00b0 778\/2025<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Este documento (Plan Anual de Transparencia e Integridad P\u00fablica &#8211; PATIP) constituye una herramienta fundamental de prevenci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n anual que consolida las acciones en materia de transparencia e integridad de las instituciones p\u00fablicas, con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la integridad y prevenir la corrupci\u00f3n, consta de 5 (cinco) componentes aut\u00f3nomos que resultan esenciales para orientar la planificaci\u00f3n operativa de la Unidad de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n, promoviendo una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica alineada con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales de lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n y el fortalecimiento de la confianza ciudadana en la instituci\u00f3n.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        La <strong>Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong> es la instituci\u00f3n encargada de reglamentar y supervisar los procedimientos con el fin de fomentar la correcta, eficiente y transparente gesti\u00f3n de los asuntos p\u00fablicos, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n coordinar la abor de las Unidades de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n de conformidad a la
